Life’s a beach.

And I have the cake to prove it!

The bride and groom are getting married in Mexico in a few weeks, so a beach-themed bridal shower was a must.

Here is a beachy cake with matching cupcakes…and graham cracker sand! Yum!

Cinco de Mayo!

The perfect day to post these Day of the Dead cake pops and chocolate-covered Oreos!

These were made for a Cinco de Mayo bridal shower with margaritas and mini sombreros…how fun!

Something Blue

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.

Such an adorable bridal shower theme.

I decorated these cupcakes with all things girly (flowers, bows, butterflies, hearts) in Tiffany blue.

So many cupcakes! Lemon, Strawberry, Red Velvet and Vanilla!

I amazed myself twice in one week and not only completed these safari toppers in advance, but also these Tiffany blue accents! It made for a much less stressful time. Who would have known? Procrastination isn’t always the best way.

A wedding dress made of cupcakes.

Now what can be more lovely than that?

Step 1: Start with a huge pile of cupcakes (6 dozen French vanilla, this time around).

Step 2: Assemble cupcakes in the shape of a dress.

Step 3: Frost away (I used cream cheese icing on these ones).
